WHAT: "The Negro Beat: Breaking News and Breaking Barriers"
WHEN: 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday, March 26 WHERE: International Civil Rights Center & Museum,134 S. Elm St. Greensboro, NC ADMISSION: $6 TABJ will host a panel discussion entitled, "The Negro Beat: Breaking News and Breaking Barriers." Hear from journalists that helped integrate media outlets in the Piedmont Triad and beyond, and participate in a discussion about what the challenges there are now for African-Americans in the media. This is a community event. Please bring anyone and everyone to participate!
